The fresh water tank.

DabblrDubs:

Hey I had this happen to me recently – fresh tank filling up without me directing the water that way. Turns out it was my water pump! But good news, it was an easy fix. I took out the pump, took it apart (it’s pretty simple, just a handful of screws) and saw the rubber valve on one of the pump doohickeys was not seated right. Likely because of high water pressure which pressed it out of place. Put everything back and no more leak

1320Fastback:

Fresh Water. Probably over tightened fitting and cracked it.

JerryDenn:

Thanks. The valve was opened slightly, I was able to push it closed and stopped leaking. RV has always been connected to water and power, not sure what pushed it open.

Thanks for quick responses.

OldDiehl:

The real question is why is your fresh water tank full. If you did it on purpose, ok. If not, you need to find out.

PapaSmurfwasapimp:

Looks like fresh water tank buddy

i-forgot-my-redditid:

When always hooked up to city water, is there any reason one way or the other a freshwater tank should be full?
