We keep our rig at a storage lot not far from our home, we went today to check on it and do a few things. I wanted to hook up and just head to the beach today ???? we will be taking it to Santa Rosa FL for 2 weeks in June. Anyone else ready for summer time vacations?

I am fixing tons of issues on my 2020 NOBO, and boy are these things really crap made. I am fixing now a 3rd hole in the floor I discovered a small leak in front of the wheel well and it took about about a 6 in x 8 in chunk of the OSB floor, thats 3rd spot now, pretty much anywhere any water came in like hatches or the wheel wells, turned it into “brisket wood”. I have pulled down some of the walls now and am replacing the 1×1 and 2×2 with 2×3 and 2×4, getting rid of the “floppy walls”, making it much more rigid. Stay away from Forest River NOBO, it hand down is the cheapest quality trailer I have ever owned, just falls apart.
It will be way better though when I am done and honestly I expected as much knowing the brand reputation but I got a good deal on it, and in the end, you can always make them better with more wood, more metal.
Also installed a porch lite, wall safe, hallway lighting, usb jacks in a couple spots. Stuff been meaning to do. Stiffened the roof support, shower pan.
Does anyone know where to wash a TT that is in storage? Because of HOA restrictions, I can’t use my driveway.
I brought my camper home at the end of February. Remodeled it in the driveway and put the equaflex axel equalizers on. Stayed in it in my driveway 2 weeks ago. Took it on the first weekend trip over this past weekend. I’m in central Illinois, but luckily the weather has been decent.
