Does anyone know anything about this setup? I’m assuming it’s to alleviate some tongue weight issues on the chassis and transfer it to the “tag axle”? Is there a proper name for this setup or a company that sells these? I’ve never seen a setup like this before.

Looks like a “Trailer Toad” dolly. And yeah, they’re probably using it to take the weight of that enclosed trailer, as few motorhomes are capable of pulling something that size directly.
