Does anyone know if the surface mount radios have any standardized size? Or would it be worth resizing/filling the existing hole and just replacing with a nice automotive double DIN style radio? Previous owners children broke the CD player on this one.

Honestly, I would just cover and get a Bluetooth speaker. These things were junk the day it was installed.

Highteck1:

After googling rv stereo systems, No they’re are not standardized. If your dead set on replacing and not going the Bluetooth speaker route research model paying attention to their mounting hole size and make wooden bracket to match. If you get a automotive head unit then you’ll lose the abilty to change where the audio is played. Inside, outside or both. or add something like this
