Do not under estimate a good road. You’ll likely need to do some work each year until its established but after a couple of year’s you wont have to worry about it besides snow and some weeds from time to time.
Just throwing this out there. If you have a really long road it could be cheaper to just buy your own dump trailer and transport your own gravel/rock for your drive way. We pay about $45 for 5 ton of rock but when we had a guy hauling in around 6 ton of gravel he was charging us around $300 a load from a quarry that was 20 minutes away. The savings from using buying our own dump trailer has already paid for it’s self though we get lots of dirt and wood ships for our land we’re working on.

One of the things fulltime RVing has taught me is that you really don’t need much to have a happy life. I used to have a 1700sqft house in the burbs, full of accumulated junk, and getting rid of it all was really freeing. Congrats on your progress!
Loving the foam board skirt.
Personaly I would keep the gas and gen away from the trailer and each other
Im sure you have a cool story. Would love to try this.
What you do for money? I have lived in an RV for 5 years also I have made my own well and septic ama?
