Sold our house in the burbs and bought 20 acres and a travel trailer. I spent the last couple weekends building a road barely fit for off road vehicles into our rural property. Somehow we towed the trailer through 6 inches of snow to it’s destination and we’re full timing it off the grid.

Great that you boxed off that area under the trailer. Will help if you shovel the snow up against it to keep the wind from blowing through and breaking it up. Add a few 100w string lights in that area and keep the floor noticeably warmer too.

Another under the bed will take the edge off there too.

Wow I’m about two weeks away from having almost the exact same story. We will be on 5 acres that we just finished cutting our way into and we just got a well put in but no sweat or electrical yet. Hope it goes smooth for you! Post updates!
