Our rv and toad we hit by a tractor trailer and were both totaled. We are fibalmy able to shop for a new rig 2 months later. We found a nice national holiday rambler but then we found this under the sewer compartment. Anyone know what it is?
UPDATE: we are walking away mainly because the ‘seller’ is not the same person who is on the title and he thought it was a ridiculous thing to ask about lol. Thanks to everyone for your help

It’s pretty typical spray foam for the “cold weather package “. It holds in the moisture and the steel rusts out even quicker.
