Wife grew up with regular family trips in a trailer, I grew up taking tents to the tops of mountains via horses… completely different definitions of “camping”…she finally wore me down and we bought a trailer to try out. I'll say this much, it's a hell of alot less work than my idea of camping, and a hammock next to a roaring river makes for a pretty zen napping spot. The view isn't as grande as a canvas tent in the treeline on a mountain… but I could get used to this style of “camping”.
wow, beautiful spot
I never figured I’d be in a camper either. I did compromise and get a popup. But now that cell service has gotten so good in the past bunch of years, I find that an office next to a river near hot springs in MT and ID makes work easier and life better. I also love camping during weekdays. Quiet. Looking to eventually upgrade to a TT, I’ve been converted!
Glamping is addicting!! Enjoy!!
Source: Never really thought I would enjoy owning a camper… the hammock completes the experience.
