Hey everyone, I'm currently full timing in my RV on some property my parents and I have purchased on a river near Myrtle Beach SC. We have also fixed a few other RV spots on the property and we've been renting them out by the month. So far I've found all the renters on Facebook Marketplace, but I was wondering if there are other platforms you guys check where I could post the open spots for rent. We're not a full blown RV park, we just rent out a few spots but they have lots of room, full hookups, and high speed wifi. Are there any websites you use to find a long term spot? Or do you just google RV parks in the area you're looking to stay? Thanks in advance for any insight or advice!

Honestly, what I do is Google RV camping spots and call. Not sure if you have an LLC but if you could make it something long-term RV camping would help reduce the volume asking if you do it.

Country_Gardener:

Check out RVParkStore.com. They have sites for sale and rent.

Do you guys have a website or any kind of web presence outside of facebook?

GR8FUL-D:

OP, do you have 30 or 50 amp hookups? Do you only rent by the month, or do you do weekly rentals as well? Mind if I ask you how much you charge per week / per month?

gellenburg:

Call around. When making reservations ask what their monthly rates are. It’s honestly not hard. But that may also have to do with the fact I only stay at RV parks that do offer monthly rates. 🙂

I asked my dad, then installed a holding tank, electricity, water and cable. He’ll never get rid of me now!!! Lol

Pandora_Stingray:

Call the place you want to stay, some first come first serve side of the road can be sketchy due to poor maintenance and the last crappy camper not cleaning up before they left. Use caution and reliable word of mouth go along way!
