This is definitely doable with small children. (8 months and 4 years) Definitely won’t do it forever as they’ll grow and so will our living situation. Just wanted to give a beam of positivity for those considering it.
I’ve never heard of, or seen RV spaces fenced separately. Amazing find. Do you have to mow the grass?

Good for you!! Great way to save money. As far as living in that with 2 children and I’m assuming another adult, I don’t think I’d want to do it voluntarily. I’m in a 40 foot 5th wheel and it’s great with just the wife and I. But when the grandson comes to spend the night it gets awfully small in here. I’m up in Washington state though so you have many more sunny days than we get up here, so having the fenced in area to keep the kids outdoors is great. Honestly I think they’ll grow up with more character than most being outdoors instead of being inside watching TV and playing video games
Dallas really does RV parks right. A lot of places have nice 6′ fences like this which I can’t find in most other states. The competition drives the prices down is my guess.
