Looks like a nest, likely mouse
It looks like fiberboard that was chewed up by insects making a nest or burrow. Fiberboard is a brown cellulose compressed board with insulating properties.
Found in an rv. Around windows. Cotton feel to it but you can soft hands through it. Ants were near dead. Wondering what in the world this is
