UTtransplant: It definitely depends on the size. Little tires are generally bought on the rim. We used farm stores mostly. Bigger tires we could find at national dealers or some big box stores.
ohbugger: For little trailer tires like that, it's easiest to just buy a new wheel and tire set together and just bolt it on.

whereshouldwegonext: We’re having the same problem right now and we found some at Walmart’s online shop with free delivery. Costco has some, but without rims. Amazon has a few, too. But you’ll have to wait about a week to have them delivered.
Source: Where do you buy trailer tires? My local tire place doesn’t sell them and suggested U-Haul.
