What is the cheapest and easiest way to get tv channels while camping around…

What is the cheapest and easiest way to get tv channels while camping around rivers and lakes with trees? We have direct tv hd at home but have not found a way to take it with us without costing alot of money. I would settle for regular free channels but I can get any when in these areas. I get 100 channels free when not in these type of areas.
