Motor will do what it can. Concern is how your transmission survives. Then brakes on the way back down.

Take it easy and most motors do fine. It’s when your trying to keep up with sedans and passing rigs who know better when you run into overheat issues.

Does the car need to be at the front of that trailer? Moving it back a little would help the sag.

Source: Went from Vail, CO to San Antonio, TX. Vail pass and Eisenhower Pass were a little stressful, but I made it all the way, no issues. The E350 motor is crazy powerful
