Legitimate_Horror: Wheel bearings need to be repacked, and for the cost of the new bearings I would just replace them. In addition check the break wires going to the back of the each backing plate. The connectors are notoriously cheap and water will corrode the wire internally it may be best to cut and replace the but connectors. It would also be beneficial, when the drums are off of the hubs, to inspect and physically test the backing plate magnet.
