kramithefrog: We have the 27BHS with the thermal package. 2018. I’ve had some issues with it. But overall we love it.

kramithefrog: I had an issue with the bedroom door track detaching from the ceiling.
The USB charging outlet in the bedroom was wired incorrectly.
The fittings on the water lines that connect to the Faucets were very loose and leaking.
All simple fixes.
The water lines I fixed, I had warranty work done in the rest.
The thermal package is the upgraded insulation throughout, the second AC unit, as well aluminum mag wheels, enhanced graphics etc.
