Abe_Fromen: Check check and check one more time
nerdabelle: Check your tire pressure before each departure.
And agree on your backing up hand signals and parking direction roles early on! Even if you have a backup camera, it’s a learning curve for both of you. One trick is to grab your cell phones and use them like walkie-talkies as you back into a tight camping space. That way you can actually have a normal volume conversation about the RV’s situation instead of yelling at each other like reality tv stars.
C3Tblog: Congratulations on hitting the road! We’ve been full time for almost 3 years. I just recently wrote this article about 9 lessons we’ve learned while on the road. Hopefully it helps, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

bethyst: Have fun!! Don’t try to drive for too long each day. We always try to leave early, get to camp before dinner, enjoy dinner and relax at campground, then head out again. That’s when trying to make it cross country in a couple days. ????????????????
lostonafoggynight: Practice patience, never drive at night….zip ties and zip lock baggies are a must, duct tape also and bungee cords….make up calling cards with email address to pass on to friends that you make along the way…….and…a kong toy filled with peanut butter….. best wishes and safe travels.
titusmaul: Don’t take what is said while backing the rig in personally.
teatsfortots: What cuties! Good luck 🙂
