Curious if y’all know if this is safe or not? Kinda would think it’s obvious but I just want to make sure. It’s under the sink and it’s connected to a outlet. I have duct tape over it currently bc idk what else to do…

Exposed connectors and bare wire is never ever safe. That’s how you get electrocuted.
